Booking Policy
Payments
A $50 deposit is required to confirm your booking, payable through our online booking system. The remaining balance is due in cash at the time of the session. Please note that there is an ATM machine conveniently located near our studio for your convenience.
No Show Policy
A deposit is required to secure your booking, and in the event of a no-show, this deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations
Due to limited availability, we do not accept cancellations once a session is booked, and we allow only one-time rescheduling of appointments.
Late Arrivals
We will hold bookings for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. If you anticipate arriving late, please notify us as soon as possible.
Group Bookings
For groups of four or more, please contact us directly to discuss availability and special arrangements. We are happy to accommodate group bookings and can tailor our services to suit your needs.
